HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Add the items you wish to purchase to your cart by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button on the product page of an item. As you add items to the cart, you will see the number of items increase, at the top of screen. When all your items are added, click the "view cart" link in the pop-up message or click the "shopping cart" icon in upper right corner of site. You will have to create an account to purchase from our site.

 


 


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ORDERS TO SHIP?
Depending on the order time, most orders ship same day. We are shipping M-F 8:00-5:00 EST. If an order is placed before 11:00 am it will ship same day. Most of our items are printed to order so orders placed after 11:00 am EST will most likely ship following day. 



 


WHAT TYPES OF SHIPPING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
We currently offer FedEx Ground and FedEx 2-Day Air service. Small prints are shipped in a flat pack sandwiched between chip board, larger prints are rolled with chip board placed in a tri-tube (triangular box). Look for the McGaw logo! These packing methods are tried and true and will ensure posters arrive safe and sound. Shipping charges are based purely on the distance from our warehouse in Sunderland, VT. We currently ship to 50 US states only. Ground service delivery time is between 1-7 days depending on your location. Check out the FedEx map, enter in our shipping zip of 05250 and the map will show you estimated number of days in transit.



 


WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?
Wholesale customers do have a minimum of $50.00 for domestic & Canada, $100.00 for international orders. Orders below the minimum are subject to a $7.50 small order charge applied at the time of fulfillment.



 


HOW DO I MODIFY OR CANCEL AN ORDER?
While we will try our best to amend an order that has been placed with us, please be aware that it is generally not possible because of our automated handling system. This system permits us to process and ship your order that same day, often within minutes of its being placed. If an order has been prepared for shipping or has shipped, we will not be able to modify or cancel your order. Your best option is to call customer service at 800-426-2429, make sure to have your order number ready.



 


WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED?
We will gladly replace defective or incorrect posters. 
• If the package is damaged, refuse the order and notify 
  us immediately.
• If you accept a damaged package in error, save the package, 
  its contents and all packing material, and contact us immediately. 
• All claims for damages or errors must be reported to us within 
  three working days of receipt of the order.
• We are not responsible for the replacement of defective or 
  incorrect posters once they have been mounted and/or­ framed.
• Returns are not accepted without a return authorization number. Please contact us before sending a package back.



 


HOW ACCURATE IS THE IMAGE ON THE WEBSITE?
We strive for color and image accuracy but what you see on screen is only a close approximation of what the print will look like. Differences in monitors and lighting conditions can have a huge impact on the color of a piece of art. If you receive a print that you are unhappy with, please contact customer support.

HOW ACCURATE IS THE SIZE ON THE WEBSITE?
Image sizes can vary up to 1” from what is shown on the website. We highly recommend ordering or cutting matting and framing only after receiving the print. If you receive a print that you are unhappy with,  please contact customer support.

WHERE DOES ALL THIS AMAZING ARTWORK COME FROM?
We work directly with nearly 1,000 artists, museums, agencies and artist estates to secure the right to reproduce their work. All of the prints we offer are officially licensed with these entities. Artists are paid a royalty on the prints sold.
