HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ORDERS TO SHIP?
Orders placed by 3:30 pm Eastern time will be shipped the same day via our preferred shipper: FedEx. At your request, we will ship via UPS or other forwarder with whom you have an account. COD — $10 additional per order. Prices subject
to change by FedEx.

Next Day Air and Saturday Delivery (where available) also offered at an additional charge. Bulk and Export orders shipped by customer’s choice of common carrier. A packing fee of $50 per pallet is applied. Export orders shipped within 36 hours from receipt of payment or resolution of terms. Additional surcharges apply if sent to a residential address.

WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT ARE AVAILABLE?

Net 30 (after credit approval)
COD — FedEx and UPS do not accept cash for COD shipments. Orders of $500 net or more may require a certified check or money order for payment. No COD’s on export orders. We request a wire transfer or payment by credit card for export. (Proforma invoices available on request).

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?
$50 net minimum to the trade.
$100 minimum on export orders.
Below-minimum orders are subject to a $5 service charge.
*Resale Certificate, Sales Permit, or Business Authorization
must be submitted with first order.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED?
We will gladly replace defective or incorrect posters.
• If the package is damaged, refuse the order and notify
  us immediately.
• If you accept a damaged package in error, save the package,
  its contents and all packing material, and contact us immediately.
• All claims for damages or errors must be reported to us within
  three working days of receipt of the order.
• We are not responsible for the replacement of defective or
  incorrect posters once they have been mounted and/or­ framed.
• Returns are not accepted without a return authorization number.
  All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and the customer will
  be responsible for all shipping costs.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
While we will try our best to amend an order that has been placed with us, please
be aware that it is generally not possible because of our automated handling system. This system permits us to process and ship your order that same day, often within minutes of its being placed.

HOW LONG ARE ITEMS TYPICALLY ON BACKORDER?
In the rare event an item is not available at the time your order ships, we will not backorder that item. If you are a net 30 terms customer and want us to maintain backorders on your account, please speak with one of our sales staff.

THE COLOR LOOKS DIFFERENT THAN WHAT IS IN THE CATALOG?
Great efforts have been made to represent colors and sizes in the catalogue and online as accurately as possible - however, color or size variances may occur. We
do not take returns because of color or size variance, or if your customer cancels their order. We recommend that frames, mats or glass never be precut based on the dimensions printed in the catalogue.

HOW TO USE OUR 2011 BOOK

THE MASTER SKU
New to the ART 2011 catalogue is a more simplified approach to our vast archive - the Master SKU. Every image is coded with one SKU and a SKU suffix indicating the price code. This Master SKU is used for our poster product and also for the complete POD archive!

PRICE CODE
Please refer to the McGaw Graphics 2011 price list inserted in the front cover.
The price list is now consolidated into 25 attractive price points.

SMALL FORMAT
We have substantially increased our pf (11"x14") archive in this release and have added two new popular size formats for more flexibility:
Petite Format "pf" (11" x 14") - 1400 pieces in catalogue
Square Format "sq" (12" x 12") - 500 pieces in catalogue
Small Format "sf" (13" x 19") - 850 pieces in catalogue

All pieces in these collections are also available retail ready, "Bagged & Boarded".
pf's and sf's are available with mats. Ask our sales team about our display systems for these.

P.O.D. (Print on Demand)
Art 2011 is one of the most extensive Print on Demand collections available. Over 66% of the catalogue is available as P.O.D. Additionally, more than 3,500 archived images are available as P.O.D. In the catalogue, these images are marked with a POD symbol. If you would like more information on P.O.D. please visit the Print on Demand page.

POSTER SIZES
To give you a larger and more detailed look at our best selling artwork, images are shown without borders for most of the works in this book. Borders are shown only when the poster graphics are of major impact to the piece. The sizes in the caption refer to image size and full paper size, including the border.

Our creative team is constantly sourcing and designing new trend-right exciting artwork and products. If you have the need for inspirational messages, customization and product formatting, let us assist. We can be your creative department!
