Noam was born in Israel in 1973. Her life took the path of art & design in 1995 while accepted to “Bezalel” - The Academy of Arts and Design in Jerusalem.
She graduated and got her B.F.A from The Department of Photography in 1999, and stared to work as a free-lance photographer ever since. While working Noam continued to explore and study, taking acting course, AVID digital-editing course and dubbing course. Her working experience gone beyond photography – worked as a video editor, dubbing actress, was doing continuity for films, story board, illustrating, and also directing and animating 2 music video clips. In 2001 she took 2 years Script-writing studies in The “Sem-Shpigel” Film & Television School in Jerusalem. After graduating she went to look for stories out of her home country and spent one year in London and another in Rome. In 2005 she came back to Israel, only then through a friend she found out about textile designing. In the beginning of 2007 her work was shown for the first time in the Heimtex exhibition in Frankfurt and from that day on Noam is focusing mostly in textile design.
