She has exhibited her artwork in juried, invitational, and member shows. She uses drawing as her primary way of creating; it is much more direct and purposeful. For Patricia, line forms the underlying network throughout her artwork. It generates the movement across the surface to create a dynamic push and pull sensation that keeps the eye moving. Her process starts with high quality printmaking paper saturated in water to allow the condensed pastels and ink to flow smoothly across the surface.  In most of Patricia’s work, the figure is the underlying theme; however, these seemingly abstract compositions create layers of mixed media and color to transform the images into intricate organic forms. The sense of growth and movement allows the viewer to travel in and out of the spaces created by the intertwining of line, color, and shape.  Some of Patricia’s recent work uses nature as an inspiration, particularly after it comes to the end of its lifecycle. Like the human form, its complexities surface to reveal a new set of lines that unveil a host of delicate veins to expand the image well beyond the edge of the paper.  With each new piece, Patricia’s process is about discovery. Her objective is to unite line and movement into a symphony that allows the viewer to explore their own path of inspiration.\n","brand":"Patricia Russac","offers":[{"title":"12x7.5 image on 14x11 Paper","offer_id":55965712646436,"sku":"R3243-1P","price":15.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true},{"title":"16x10 image on 19x13 Paper","offer_id":55965712679204,"sku":"R3243-2P","price":20.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true},{"title":"20x12.5 image on 22x14.5 Paper","offer_id":55965712711972,"sku":"R3243-3P","price":30.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true},{"title":"24x15 image on 26x17 Paper","offer_id":55965712744740,"sku":"R3243-4P","price":35.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true},{"title":"32x20 image on 34x22 Paper","offer_id":55965712777508,"sku":"R3243-5P","price":50.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true},{"title":"40x25 image on 42x27 Paper","offer_id":55965712810276,"sku":"R3243-6P","price":85.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true},{"title":"12x7.5 image on 16x11.5 Giclée Paper","offer_id":55965712843044,"sku":"R3243-1G","price":36.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true},{"title":"16x10 image on 20x14 Giclée Paper","offer_id":55965712875812,"sku":"R3243-2G","price":54.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true},{"title":"20x12.5 image on 24x16.5 Giclée Paper","offer_id":55965712908580,"sku":"R3243-3G","price":72.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true},{"title":"24x15 image on 28x19 Giclée Paper","offer_id":55965712941348,"sku":"R3243-4G","price":96.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true},{"title":"32x20 image on 36x24 Giclée Paper","offer_id":55965712974116,"sku":"R3243-5G","price":150.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true},{"title":"40x25 image on 44x29 Giclée Paper","offer_id":55965713006884,"sku":"R3243-6G","price":192.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true},{"title":"12x7.5 image on 16x11.5 Unstretched Canvas","offer_id":55965713039652,"sku":"R3243-1C","price":30.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true},{"title":"16x10 image on 20x14 Unstretched Canvas","offer_id":55965713072420,"sku":"R3243-2C","price":45.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true},{"title":"20x12.5 image on 24x16.5 Unstretched Canvas","offer_id":55965713105188,"sku":"R3243-3C","price":60.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true},{"title":"24x15 image on 28x19 Unstretched Canvas","offer_id":55965713137956,"sku":"R3243-4C","price":80.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true},{"title":"32x20 image on 36x24 Unstretched Canvas","offer_id":55965713170724,"sku":"R3243-5C","price":125.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true},{"title":"40x25 image on 44x29 Unstretched Canvas","offer_id":55965713203492,"sku":"R3243-6C","price":160.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0223\/4033\/files\/R3243.jpg?v=1785521858","url":"https:\/\/www.mcgawgraphics.com\/products\/patricia-russac-grateful","provider":"McGaw Graphics","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
