About the Artist

Jamali began painting professionally in the United States in 1976. After much success in New York City, he moved to Winter Park, Florida, where he maintains a large studio. Jamali has created a diverse body of work using several innovative techniques, working in such media as painting, fresco, bronze, and photography. Through the years, he has been the subject of over 50 one-man gallery exhibitions, and has been collected in over 2,000 private collections worldwide. He is currently represented in 30 major cities. A book about his art, Mystical Expressionism, was published in 1997.
