Steve Mohlenkamp is a self-taught commercial and fine art photographer based in Denver, Colorado. With more than four decades of professional shooting experience, combined with an intense drive and artistic eye, he has an innate ability to capture the perfect shot—delivering exceptional results every time. Steve creates unique, avant-garde images, bringing fresh perspectives to even the most photographed subjects while maintaining the highest technical quality. Before founding Steve Mohlenkamp Photography in Denver twenty-two years ago, he worked as a magazine Photography Director and a corporate Advertising Manager, beginning his career as a graphic designer and illustrator. Long before that, his school report cards often noted him hiding behind his books—constantly drawing—foreshadowing a lifetime dedicated to his craft. His work has been featured in publications such as Cowboys & Indians, Arizona Highways, Car & Driver, Sunset, Plateau Journal, and Road & Track, among others. His commercial photography meets the highest demands of his clients, while his fine art prints are part of numerous corporate and private collections.
