We are happy to welcome artist Steven Schuman and his joyful artwork to McGaw Graphics. Based in Savannah, Georgia, Schuman paints vivid and dynamic animal portraits in bright colors and wild patterns. Using both oil paints and mixed media, Schuman creates energetic and high-spirited works with the intention of bringing joy and happiness to his patrons. “There is so much darkness in the world. We could all use a colorful animal friend to brighten things up”, notes Schuman.
Most of the animals Schuman paints are his own or belong to his family or friends, but he also has a busy commission business. Schuman has always loved animals and enjoys their expressions and companionship, which is why he has become so well known for his colorful animal portraits.
