New Vintage Poster Collection Launches

The iconography of the vintage poster is instantly recognizable…the black cat, the tipsy figure clutching a wine bottle, a dynamic cityscape with bold graphics announcing an exotic destination. These works of late 19th/early 20th century advertising have become coveted and highly collectible works of art, and some of McGaw’s most popular reproductions. Launching today is a new collection of nearly 50 new vintage and vintage-inspired works spanning themes of travel, cuisine, and entertainment. Included are images by 19th century poster artists Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec, Jules Cheret, Leonetto Cappiello, and Theophile-Alexandre Steinlen along with vintage travel posters and the introduction of the vintage travel inspired works of Lantern Press .
